Our last order & despatch date before Christmas is Thursday 17th December 2009

We aim to process your order within 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt subject to stock availability and card authorisation. *
To do this we need a delivery address where someone will be in to sign and receive your parcel
e.g. a work address or a friend or neighbour.
Our standard delivery cost is £5.99* (2 - 3 working days delivery time)

Delivery to Southern Ireland & Europe - £35.95
Our payment policy: We don’t charge you card until your order is ready for despatch. This way if an item is out of stock you can rest assured that we won’t take any of your money.
Saddle Policy
Love Me Love My Horse can accept no liability for the fitting of any saddle purchased online or over the phone. We strongly recommend that you have your saddle professionally fitted by a Society of Master Saddlers Qualified Saddle Fitter.
We accept that you may need to girth up your saddle purchase and test ride it to assess its suitability, however we ask that all labels remain on the saddle, that your test ride is no longer than 15 minutes and that the saddle is not ridden on in the rain until you are certain of its keeping.
Saddles returned to us will be subject to inspection and any apparent damage will affect your rights to a full refund. A minimum 15% surcharge will be applied.
Saddles deemed unsuitable should be returned at your expense within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to returns section below.
Returns Information
You can return your internet/mail order purchases within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Saddle purchases are returnable within 14 days and are subject to inspection & possible surcharges please see above.
Items should be returned in a re-saleable condition, unused, unsoiled, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Returns are sent at your expense.
There is no need to call simply fill out the returns form we sent in your original parcel.

We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery & that you keep the proof of postage until your refund has been processed
We aim to process any returns within 2 – 3 weeks of you posting the goods back to us.
Price Changes
We will make every effort to maintain the prices as displayed. If the cost of item differs we will contact you by phone or email to request your instruction. We reserve the right to discontinue any item from our site and change their prices where necessary.
